3D configurator + augmented reality = floor planner

Cedreo is involved with Home Spirit, a french sofa manufacturer, by developing a 3D decorating software that enables  to configurate, to display and to simulate the insertion of sofas, the whole with 3D and augmented reality.

This application based on the new version of 3D Web technology of Cedreo is a new augmented reality application. The principle is easy : the user is told that he can customize a model  among  a wide choice of products and options (fabric, modules, etc.), and then he can upload a picture of his living-room to eventually display the product from his place.

The user will then be able to :

 

- Choose among 500 modules of Home Spirit’s Sofas

- Visualize the module with 3D interactive (free manipulation)

- Place many modules the one with the others to create a new model

- Customize the created model by choosing a texture for the seat, (caisse) and cushions among more than 100 available choices

- Display the created model

- Simulate the insertion of a product in your interior by uploading a photo of his interior
